One of the best ways to relieve yourself of fatigue, tense muscles and stress is through massage. In our ever-changing climate, especially during those cold winters, we tend to move less and sit more. This is giving rise to problems like back pains or headaches.

The massage includes:
A half an hour of back (back, arms and shoulders) massage and a half an hour of head massage. Your masseuse will use either aromatic oils or a special Thai herbal balm for your back massage.
